Five quick fixes before you call support
Restart, cables, and Wi‑Fi checks that solve most common issues.
Before you wait on hold, try these steps: power-cycle your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds; confirm the fiber cable is firmly seated; test with a device plugged in via Ethernet if possible; move closer to the router to rule out Wi‑Fi range; check if the issue affects all devices or just one.
If the problem persists, note the time it started and whether lights on the router look unusual. That helps our technicians diagnose faster when they call you back.
We are always happy to help — these steps just save you time when the fix is simple.
